Qualiopi Certification

Certified since 2020, ESI Group has renewed its Qualiopi certification after a successful external auditing review in October 2024, extending our certification for another 3-year period until October 2027. This certification certifies our training processes and is a benchmark for high-quality training processes by training providers, as launched and recognized by the French Ministry of Labour in November 2019.

Based on the Référentiel National Qualité mentioned in article L.6316-3 of the French Labor Code, it aims at "certifying the quality of the processes implemented for actions contributing to the development of skills, and enabling a better readability of the training offer for companies and users". It also provides access to public or mutual funds dedicated to training.

The Qualiopi Certification is a further recognition of the excellence of our educational offer, crowned by ESI’s accreditation. It guarantees that our training meets the expectations of public funding bodies in terms of our educational processes. It represents a long-term commitment by ESI to the quality and relevance of the training provided to our customers.

  • Precise identification of the objectives of the services offered and adaptation of these services to the beneficiaries, when designing the services;

  • The suitability of the teaching, technical, and supervisory resources for the services provided;
  • The qualifications and development of the knowledge and skills of the staff responsible for providing the services;
  • The involvement and commitment of the service provider in its professional environment;
  • The collection and consideration of feedback and complaints from those involved in the services provided.

To ensure we can best meet your needs:

Inform Us in Advance: Once your training is scheduled, the best thing to do is to inform us of any assistance you may require on the day of the training. The sooner you inform us of the request, the better we can ensure to accommodate it. Your request for assistance should be launched at least 14 days in advance prior to attending a training time.

Contact Us Directly: When your training is finalized, inform either the trainer assigned to your training or your closest point of contact at ESI about your needs, and they will reach out to each country’s Disability & Accessibility Representative to ensure arrangements are made.
