Benjamin Saada is the CEO of Expliseat, a 10 years young French start-up manufacturing ultra-light aircraft seats. Weighting as little as 6kg (an average 4kg less than regular seats), Expliseat’s products help the air travel industry progress towards their sustainability goals. So what’s their secret sauce? Not so secret really. Expliseat is taking full advantage of digitalization, which brings them happiness, speed, quality, and a sense of community, as Saada explains.
