Welding digital simulation plays an important role in improving welding quality, shortening product design cycles, reducing physical experiments, and lowering costs. This report introduces the application scenarios, software functions, and technical highlights of SYSWELD, a finite element analysis software specialized in numerical simulation of welding and heat treatment under ESI Group, and demonstrates Sysweld's application solutions in deformation control, residual stress analysis, crack prediction, and phase transformation simulation through case studies of actual applications in nuclear power, energy, and machinery industries. In addition, demonstrations of the latest features on automated modeling, new solvers, weld joint failure, hybrid twins, etc. were also shared. By using SYSWELD software for welding numerical simulation, welding engineers can better optimize the welding process, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
